Kirill Kozmin Photography

I photograph weddings in Copenhagen and across Skåne, from castle estates and old village churches to the beaches along the coast. I live just across the Øresund Bridge, so Copenhagen is as close to me as most of Skåne, and travel within both is included.

My approach is documentary. I stay close but out of the way and let the day unfold without directing it: the nerves before the ceremony, grandparents on the dance floor, the last light over the sea. Before the wedding I scout the locations and plan around the light, and we go through the schedule and the people who matter, so that on the day there is little left to think about.

I have photographed more than 70 weddings since 2012. What you get is a calm, honest record of the day as it was. I work in English and Swedish.
