My name is Emil, and I’m a wedding photographer based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

With a background in photojournalism, I’ve travelled the world documenting stories for newspapers and publications, experiences that continue to shape the way I approach wedding photography today.

I combine a documentary approach with an editorial eye, creating images that feel honest, considered and timeless. Throughout the day, I work quietly, observing the moments as they unfold and looking for the gestures, connections and fleeting details that tell the story of your wedding.

During portrait sessions, I offer gentle direction while keeping things relaxed and natural. My aim is to create photographs that feel effortless and true to you, rather than overly posed or staged.
